SEMANA DE LA CRITICA

«Take shelter» es el segundo largometraje de Jeff Nichols («Shotgun stories»). Michael Shannon, Katy Mixon y Jessica Chastain protagonizan esta historia que nos presenta a Curtis LaForche, un tipo de clase obrera que vive en un pequeño pueblo de Ohio con su mujer, Samantha, y su hija Hannah, de seis años. Curtis comienza a sufrir terroríficas pesadillas apocalípticas con las que se obsesiona, y que mantiene en secreto. Presagios sobre el fin del mundo que no sabe si responden a una enfermedad mental o a una premonición real. Sony Pictures Classics distribuye en Norteamérica esta mixtura de drama marital, thriller psicológico y «disaster movie».
